We use OpenAI (GPT series) for general conversation and complex reasoning, Anthropic Claude for long contexts and coding, Google Gemini for multimodal tasks (images, video, documents), DeepSeek and open-source models (Llama, Mistral) when cost or data locality is critical. We can also run models locally on your own server — so data never leaves your infrastructure.
When an AI needs to answer based on your knowledge, we use RAG: your documents are indexed in a vector database, and when a user asks a question, the system retrieves the relevant documents and gives them to the model as context. The result: precise answers with source references — and no "hallucinations" that can damage your brand.
